Dr. Christie graduated from the University of Melbourne Veterinary Medicine program in 2007. After graduating, she worked in a small animal practice first in Melbourne and then the lower mainland. Christie is especially interested in surgery, dentistry, and emergency medicine. In 2021, she made the decision to move from general practice to emergency medicine and has not looked back since.
Outside of work, Christie enjoys spending time with her husband, two young boys, her dog Fern, and her cat Mr. Jingles. You will often find her going from one hockey arena to the next, or at the beach with her boys.
